  • Natural Resource Mitigation Sequencing, Siting & Plan Development: Boyle has extensive experience in finding, designing, and permitting wetland mitigation projects. Our staff has designed one of the largest multi-user mitigation sites in Maine and has permitted several smaller compensatory mitigation projects throughout the region. Boyle has also helped businesses and municipalities survey their existing lands for potential compensation sites in advance of project permitting or for

    use in commercial compensation ventures. Additionally, our staff is experienced in working through Maine’s in-lieu-fee (ILF) program, and can help clients decide if ILF is a viable option to satisfy their permit requirements.
